Joyce Mae Reed Guillory's Obituary
Joyce Mae Reed Guillory passed away on Friday, February 6, 2026 at the age of 85. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at St. Mathilda Catholic Church with Father Hampton Davis Celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Mathilda Cemetery.
At the request of family, visitation will be held the same day at the Bishop Ceasar Hall from 8:00 AM until 10:30 AM.
Joyce is survived by three sons, Michael Guillory, Allen Guillory (Lorinda), Kenneth Guillory (Vanessa); one daughter, LaDonna Guillory; three sisters, Elizabeth Guillory, Genevieve Reed, Enolia Hoosain (Ali); one brother, Lee John Reed; fourteen grandchildren, Jamal Guillory, Courtney Mose, Chassity Skinner, Kenneth Guillory, Jr., April Guillory, Tanisha Guillory, Alanna Leday, Allen Guillory, Jr., Arynna Guillory, Otis Guillory, Sr., Roy Guillory, Sr., Fredrick Guillory, John Lee Guillory, Sr., Ariel Guillory; forty-one great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Antoine Guillory; two sons, Marvin Guillory, Albert Guillory, Jr.; one daughter, Marilyn Guillory; daughter-in-law, Tina Guillory; one brother, Melvin Reed; five sisters, Glania Price, Hilda Frank, Mildred Reed, Margie Reed, Eula “Mae Mae” Janice; two grandchildren, Michael A. Guillory, Lois Guillory and one great-grandchild, Roy Guillory, III.
