Joyce Guillory passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, at the age of 70. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017, at 1:00 PM. at St. Mathilda's Catholic Church with burial to follow at St. Mathilda's Cemetery. Fr. Steven Ugwu will officiate. Visitation will begin on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 8:00 AM until time of services. Joyce is survived by her husband, John Guillory, of Church Point, one daughter; Alicia G. Gallow and husband Gilbert of Basile, two sisters; Loise Guillory of Richard, Glenda Guillory of Abbeville, and three grandchildren. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Austin Guillory and Vergie Leger Guillory. Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice is in charge of the arrangements.
