Zenon Pat Fontenot passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at the age of 76. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 11, 2015, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Basile at 2:00 p.m. Fr. David H Read Obituary
Sadly, I only got to know Pat for the last three years through the Eunice Gun Range Club. I don't think I've ever met a nicer, harder working, or friendlier person. I offer my condolences to the family. Pat will be missed and the world will be a less genteel place without him.
I am so sorry for your loss! We had such fun this weekend at the Rehearsal Supper and Wedding! I feel Blessed to have known him. Tyler dearly loved Mr. Pat! He was adorable and full of love! His spirit will live on in all of his family! Much love and prayers at this difficult time!

When someone like Pat passes, I try to be thankful that I got to know him and have fond memories of him that will live on, but it doesn't seem to be enough to console me. Pat was an amazing person and boss who I admired because he believed in me and gave me guidance. He was also a great husband and father and spoke so highly of his family.
