Dear Mr. Bill, you will definitely be missed.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Bill and working with him over the years.
He was such a loyal and dedicated employee at the City Hall. He had sat on the Port of Krotz Springs Board of Directors many years..

Anyone that knows Mr. Bill as a worker or on a Board- you know he was dependable, always ready to step up to the plate and participate with every thing he had..

This quiet man was loved and respected throughout the Parish.

My prayers are with Mrs. Val, Nikki and Guy and the grandchildren.
