I would like to offer my deepest condolences to the family for the loss of Ms. Rowena. I went by the assistant living to visit her today and was so very sad to learn that she had passed. I have shared a pew at Thursday morning Mass with Ms.Rowena for many years. It was a very quiet relationship, just a little old lady you sit with that inspires you and makes you want to be a better person. I remember many Thursday mornings not wanting to get up so early for Mass but pushing myself out of the bed because I didn't want to disappoint Ms.Rowena. Not that she would have been disappointed, she was too loving for that. I am so happy I had the honor of knowing her. This is a relationship that I will hold dear for the rest of my life. I know that she is with Our Saviour and I know she will keep a special eye on my son that she was always so happy to see in Mass so early, for that I am blessed. My deepest sympathies. Apologies for putting off my visit and missing the funeral.
