To Matthews family, I was so saddened to hear of Matthews passing. At this time I would like to offer my heartfelt condolence's to Matthews family, and to tell you I talked to Matthew often, I live right behind you all and Matthew would stop on occasion and talk with me, he was such a mannerly young man and so respectful.....he was a son to be proud of. I will certainly miss Matthew and the little talks we used to have. If their is any thing I can do for you all to make this time a little easier, please do not fail to ask.

Thank you Matthew for the greatest memories. Even though I've known you since 7th grade, I feel like I known you for my entire life. It really hurts to know that your no longer here . Our last lunch together at school was when we finished the History Mock STAAR, we listen to Somewhere Over The Rainbow, and you made the perfect Sandwich for you. Its really hard to go through 9th period without you , but I'll be strong for you. You'd always bother me to make me laugh, even if I was upset. 7th and 8th grade was really fun with you and I thank you for that and the laughter. I went to school with you for all of middle school. I ate lunch with you a lot and talked to you a lot in band. When I moved, I was not remembered, but you always will be. I'm so sorry to Matthews parents. And Matthew I'm so sorry as well. You were a good friend. R.I.P.

I think about Matthew and the family so often. I will never forget having him with Loretta visiting MawMaw at the nursing home so often and ya'll coming to San Antonio for Sydney's Swimming competition. He was a very special young man and I know he is dearly missed and mourned. These two years have flown by for most of us but I know your hearts are still broken.....God Bless You.
