Part of my heart has gone to Heaven with Mary......Mary meant the world to me. She'd tell folks "We might not be blood but that's my daughter and grand-daughter ! " and I in turn loved her like my own Mom. We were Blessed with many years of Friendship , Love, Laughter, Tears, LIfe won't be the same with out hearing "Sugar it's going to be all right ! " ...or "You just let me give them a piece of my mind ! " Mary Ruth was always there thru the thick and thin. Mary came to my grandparents 50th anniv. and my family loved and cherished her almost as much as I do. She would write to them as much as she did me. I truly miss the letters and cards she would send when she left AR and went back to LA. Jay, Karen, and the rest of my adopted family....I love you guys to the moon and back and share in the loss of this awesome lady. Heaven shines a little brighter today knowing Mary is now dancing with the Angels. Love, you all....Trisha
I was so sorry to hear about your mom's passing. I was out of town and had to miss the memorial. You know she was really loved by everyone she met and she never met a stranger! All of my family said, "you know Ruby was there in heaven to great her." I believe that is true. Take comfort in her faith in God and know that she is with him.
To Jay, Karen, Liz and all the Grand Kids,
My Condolences to all of you. Mary was a Wonderful and Loving Person.
I have always had her in my heart and my thoughts with many great memories of her.
