Lorraine Young Granger's Obituary
Lorraine Y. Granger was born on July 20, 1936 and passed away on October 4, 2012 at the age of 76.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday October 6, 2012 at 1 PM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at St. Paul Mausoleum. Monsignor Robert Romero will officiate.
Lorraine is survived by tow sons, Michael Craig and Angelle Frey Granger of Mobile, AL, and Gregory Joseph Granger of Eunice, LA; two daughters, Angie Aguillard and husband Ricky of Eunice, LA, and Cheryl Manuel and husband Johnny of Eunice, LA; two brothers, Daniel Ray and Linda Cormier Young of Eunice, LA, and Terry James and Debbie Elkins Young; one sister, Jackie Young Webb and husband Jerry of Moss Bluff, LA; twelve grandchildren, Shane Patin, Brooke Carrier, Holly Nehls, Aimee Davis, Brett Granger, Erin Granger, Trisha Dies, Jason Aguillard, Amanda Carron, Brittney Johnson, Brandon Granger, and Anna Blankenship; and nineteen great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Alcide and Dea Fontenot Young; and her husband Allen Granger.
The family will receive friends on Friday October 5, 2012 from 1 PM to 10 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be prayed by Deacon Chuck Ortego at 7 PM on Friday.
The Funeral Home will reopen at 8 AM on Saturday October 6, 2012 until service time.
A Rosary will be prayed by the Catholic Daughters at 11 AM.
