Sonny was such a good person. Sonny and I worked together at Dresser and I would see him at Custom Die to help him solve a problem. It was always a joy to run into Sonny. When Blake and Lori were young we would camp together and visit. As our lives move in different direction we didn't see him but his parents went to church with us and we were always able to know from them how Sonny was. When visiting with Mrs. Betty at Eunice Manor she told us he was sick. He is now home with Jesus. May the family have peace and feel God's love as they will miss this wonderful soul. Such good memories of Sonny - ever sense sonny came to Custom Die and Insert until I retired in 2009 we worked together- he was a kind and generous man ! Loved that guy! Tell a story about Sonny - whenever we had a project or problem to tackle that was new to us and we began wringing our hands over how to handle it, old Sonny would say, it’s nothing but a thing ! If Someone else does it we can do it!And boy oh boy he was so cool and logical with so much common sense - someone said they don’t make em like him anymore - he was the best and I’d say many times- wish I had a shop full of Sonny’s - he was above all a Good man!!
Sincerely express my condolences to his family at this time and wish the best to y’all - May Jesus be with y’all and comfort y’all - Johnny Campbell
