Mr. Amiot was one of my favorite teachers at Crowley High. After graduation we had a class together at McNeese.

Dr. Amiot was an awesome teacher. It was a pleasure being taught by him and he also taught my son. Rest in peace.
Praying for the family during this time! Leo was such a wonderful person and always helping with things in my classroom. Also, loved his potato salad; it was always a hit for our dinners! He will be sorely missed!
