There was just something about Lawrence that you always knew was going to happen when you called him or he called you. You could be calling for a simple question and it would turn into a two hour plus phone call and you wouldn't feel pressured to stay on the line you just always had something pleasant to talk about. I'll miss those extended phone calls but we all will keep you near and dear in our hearts.
