Joseph Darwin Bertrand passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at the age of 66.
Joseph is survived by his wife of 32 years, Sharon Doucet Bertrand; the mother of his daughter, Brenda Olivier Lanthier; one daughter, Brandi Pinell (Eric); five grandchildren, Logan Bertrand, Haley Olivier Dupuis, Hastyn Olivier, Zandyr Pinell, and Jocelyn Pinell; one great grandchild, Blakeston; four step-children, Jeremy Doucet (Juanita), Jill Doucet, Jessica Guinn, and Jennifer Vick (Greg); two brothers, Lloyd Bertrand and Stevie Bertrand (Tina); two step-sisters, Angie Johnson and Megan Bertrand; ten step-grandchildren, Felix, Penny, Elsie, Talan, Olivia, Maley, Jacob, Parker, Blake, and Caroline.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Whitney Bertrand and Mary Whittaker Cormier; one son, Joseph Dawin Bertrand; one brother, James Bertrand.
