Joella Rae Talbott Fruge passed away on Friday, December 19, 2025, at the age of 63.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at Quirk & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Danny Ortego officiant. Cremation will follow.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Saturday from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
Joella is survived by her daughter, Connie Landreneau; her brother, Dale "Butch" Talbott; her sister, Billie Coleman and husband David; seven grandchildren, Lance Landreneau (Ashley), Jacob Landreneau (Jieun), Victor Landreneau (Nicky), Ashlyn Vallot (Dusty), Kelli Arceneaux (Dwight), Kelly Breaux (Ryan), Kimberly Smith (Ed); nineteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson "Jimmy" James Fruge; her parents, Estil Dale and Marilyn Redman Talbott; and two brothers, Scott Talbott and Donnie Talbott; her granddaughter, Hannah Landreneau.
