Jeannette Amelia Rougeau Miller's Obituary
Jeannette Amelia Rougeau Miller passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019
at the age of 93. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at 1:30 PM at St Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice. Father Hampton Davis will officiate. Entombment will follow at St Paul Mausoleum in Eunice.
At the request of family, visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 from 9:00 AM until time of Services at Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice. A Rosary will be prayed at 10:30 AM by Deacon Gary Gaudin.
Jeannette was a devoted and loving wife to Eldon Merrick Miller, a member of the Catholic Daughter’s of America and a volunteer at Moosa Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary, Eunice Country Club and loved playing golf with friends and traveling with family and grandchildren.
She is survived by her four children, Sandra Miller White, Lynne Miller White and husband Al, Merrick Blake Miller, Madelyn Miller and fiancé Tom Lawrence; eight grandchildren, Carol Frey Sleeth, Lisa Frey, Lawrence Hugh Dwyer III and wife Patty, Catherine Lynne Dwyer, Aimee Bollich Monceaux and husband Jared,Donnie Bollich and wife Cindy, Brooke Bollich Hardy and husband Kyle, Joshua Bollich; twelve great grandchildren, Kendyll Monceaux, Hudson Monceaux, Laura Bollich, Elle Bollich, Carson Bollich, Allister Hardy, Rhodes Hardy, Merrick Dwyer, Patrick Dwyer, Christopher Dwyer, Taylor Ann Mace, Alexander Higgins, one great great granddaughter, Harper Higgins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ariel and Anna Savoy Rougeau; her husband, Eldon Merrick (Milo) Miller; her brother, Elmo Rougeau and sister in law, Mable Rougeau; one grandson, John David Frey, one son in law, Ron White.
