Mr. Howard P. Terry was my dad’s best friend for as long as I can remember. They were more than friends, he was family to all of us. I have many fond memories of him. Mr. Howard was a good provider for his wife and children. He was a loyal employee at Tanner Construction for many year. He was a true best friend to my dad and he was a member of our family. Mr. Howard P. Terry Sr. will be forever remembered with love.
