Gwen, thanks for the joy, fun and chats during the past four years. All the trips your way brought different worlds of travel be it 190, via Lafayette, stops in Opelousas, passing through Crowley, or even driving in from Texas on a hunt for Hunter! I always enjoyed the hospitality as well as introducing you to my friends who continued to make the run with me when they could. You were in good hands with Mrs. Evelyn, trust me.
Don't worry now. Give Mom, Phyllis, Grandma and Grandpa and Big Dave hugs for me. Let Mom know the end of her struggling brought a new joy for all of us as we connected even more so. Thank her for that, please. Let Phyllis know to check out Frienship Circle's lights this winter, and tell Grandpa, I have not forgotten what year he passed, it is just my way of coping with it. And Grandma..tell her I am sorry for blaming her for the burned carpet. And Dave...Go Saints!
Gwen, it was so good to be with you, to know that I was appreciated for everything, even though the rough times were still there.
Spike is with us now. So are Quincy and Rosie as well, as you wished. If, and yes, if, as you wanted, someone suitable wishes to share them, we will pursue it. I will get you this week, I promise.
Thanks again, I loved you then, now and forever.
Oh, Gwen, yea, the fifteenth, like the LaCervas! You may be one after all!
Love,
Charlie
