Gerald is survived by one son, Travis Fontenot; two daughters, Kelly Fontenot, Tracy Fontenot; one brother, Stephen Keith Fontenot; one sister, Edrienne Clare Fontenot Cormier; nine grandchildren, Sadie, Cameron, Kinsington, Isabelle, Lilli, Everette, Olivia, Evan, Andrew; three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son, Karroke “Kary” Blaise Fontenot; his parents, Nolan Fontenot, Sr. and Edrienne Savant Fontenot; one brother, Nolan Fontenot, Jr.
