I have known George for many years. We went to EHS together. I know Bill and Roy. I had met his mom and dad. George was a very comical person. He pretty much kept you in stitches. If you needed help, he was in your corner. We played in the same R & R band in eunice. He played sax, and was very good at it.
I joined the military on 8-2-61. I had not seen George since '61.I have always felt like George had at least one more comical thing to say.
I found all this out on the internet. I also saw where he has a son named Travis, who lives in Youngsville, La. I would like to meet and speak with Travis. My father is buried in Youngsville. Maybe we could get together next time I come down to Youngsville.
Please know that the family has my condolences. May the Lord Bless and keep you safe.
I would also like to see Bill and Roy. I haven't seen them since "61 also.
In case they do not remember me, I was the red headed one.
God Bless all
