Garland is my brother-in- law. He was a great husband for my sister. A great father and grandfather. He took good care of my deceased parents during their senior years. Garland created a home atmosphere for the family filled with fun, joy, and love. Garland loved the Lord, his church, his family and community. He touched so many lives in his capacity as a public servant with his kindness, caring, loving and peaceful nature. "Well done good and faithful servant". RIP. See you in the morning.
Please accept our sincere condolences. The loss of a loved one often brings back fond memories of times gone by. Let those memories comfort you and may God bless you all at this time and in the days to come.John R Young, Family and Staff
