Garland "Bully" Arnold's Obituary
Garland "Bully" Arnold passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2016, at the age of 80.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at Quirk & Son Funeral
Home in Eunice. Adam Jeffcoat will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Louis Cemetery.
Garland is survived by two daughters, Jolene Hile and husband Josh of Indiana and Tracey Gary;
three sons, Tony Cowart and wife RoxAnn of Tyler, TX, Mikel Jordan of Houma, and Joe King;
seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Garland was preceded in death by his wife, Lurlene Dozart Arnold; his parents, Rufus H. Arnold and
Grace Milstead Arnold; one son, Jeffery Lee Arnold; one sister, Hilda Mae Dugan; and three brothers,
Hollis, Johnnie, and JC Arnold.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Friday, April 8, 2016, from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday for visitation until the time of service.
Pallbearers will be Joe Arnold, Danny Carter, Jr., Travis Carter, Kyle Gore, Michael Arnold, and Adam
Jeffcoat.
