Shocked and so sorry to hear of Ernie's passing. A truly Godly man and old friend. Hated to hear of his passing. He will surely missed by all who knew him. May God Bless him!

Mrs. Toepfer and boys, I remember him well when y'all lived in Oberlin. He always had a smile and great attitude, was a good father figure to me. May God bless him. Mark Guidry
I remember Ernie from about 40 years ago when he lived in the San Marcos, Texas area, though I did not know him well. He said that he died once and saw heaven before coming back. I'm sure he's seeing it now. May the Lord comfort all who now miss him.
Condolences to family. He was my cousin. And I spent time with him, and family, in the 1950's.We had good times together.
