Edward Cormier's Obituary
Edward Cormier, 64, passed away on Friday, August 20, 2010 , at Acadian Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 23, 2010, at 2 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow at Guillory Cemetery.
Visitation will begin on Sunday, August 22, at 1 PM until 10 PM. The funeral home will reopen at 8 AM on Monday.
Edward is survived by his stepsons, Bobby Fruge of Eunice and Mike Fruge and his wife Liliana, from Church Point;
a stepdaughter, Tamatha Fruge of Eunice; brother, Rodney Cormier of Eunice; three sisters, Dorothy Thibodeaux and Sandra Prejean of Eunice and Pearl Cormier of Lafayette; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Vergie Veronie Cormier;
parents, Ogden and Cellize LeJeune Cormier; brothers, Billy Jo & Audrey Cormier; sisters, Una Thibodeaux and Juanita Fontenot.
