Eddie was one of my late Father's ( Dr. Frank Savoy, Jr. ) best friends and fishing buddies. I worked with Eddie at Savoy Medical Center for many years and always enjoyed his humorous attitude. As CEO, I can remember so many occasions when I made rounds in the hospital lab and the EKG dept. and asked: "Where's Eddie? ---his co-workers reply ---- gone fishing with Dr. Frank -it seems as though he spent more time fishing with Dr. Frank than he did at the hospital--- I will miss him--my condolences to all the family ---- God Bless -- Sincerely, Peter Savoy

So sad to hear that he passed away. I worked for him for six years. The best person ever. So down to earth.
