Dustin is survived by his parents, Kathryn Lynn Peacock Leavitt and Richard Jay Leavitt; birth mother, Sallie Barnwell Newton; step-father, Shane Daigle; three brothers, Bruce Michael Jones, Jr., Michael Paul Leavitt, and Ian Leavitt; four sisters, April Marie Whiting, Jennifer Ann Whiting, Megan Clark, and Diana Painter; his grandmother, Margie Barnwell.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bruce Michael Jones, Sr.
