DD3, as he was known by his coworkers and friends, was always so full of love and happiness. He was always ready with open arms to give a bear hug to all he met with a smile as warm as the sun.
He was a devoted son, loving brother and a dad who cherished the times with his son, who he loved greatly.
He was a dedicated employee with NOV Energy for 25 years. He was respected in his field for his work ethics and knowledge. He was a mentor, as well as a friend, to his work family and associates in Louisiana, Texas and West Virginia.
He really enjoyed the simple life of hanging out with his friends, mud riding and going to Holly Beach, where he felt the closest to his dad.
He always looked forward to bringing his mom on mini historical vacations, which is one of the most cherished things they had a passion for together.
What few didn’t know about Dudley is that he rescued any cats that were abandoned. He saw to it they had food and medical care.
By far, Dudley was one of the richest men alive. Not by money, wealth or material things, but by the abundance of friends who called him brother and a family who loved him.
“Hay-Hayeee” Dudley. You will be missed!
Dudley is survived by his son, Dudley Dupre IV (Lezlea); his granddaughter, Addilyn Kate; his mother, Patricia Lalonde Dupre; two sisters, Michelle Dupre and Mickie Dupre.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dudley Dupre, Jr.; two brothers, Davy Christopher Dupre and Christopher David; maternal grandparents, Irvin and Ida Lalonde; paternal grandparents, Dudley and Amelia Dupre; niece, McKaela Dupre; nephew, Dreden Dupre.
