Damian Daigle
So, there was his other time when me and Todd were at his house bored and somehow got our hands on firecrackers which we knew were not legal to set off at this particular time of year. So, we had a meeting and decided that if we didn't get caught, it never happened and we proceeded to start to set them off which became boring after a few so we upped the ante and started a firecracker war, throwing the firecrackers at each other. Well, the illegality of this was apparently well warranted because in short time, we had set the field on fire between the Soileau home and the neighbor that lived next door. We immediately panicked and tried to put the field out with a hose, but the hose wasn't long enough. At this time, Todd came up with the brilliant, panic induced idea, to use skate boards along the fence lines of his house and the neighbor home to stop the fire from spreading. We gathered up as many skateboards as we could and did exactly that along the lines that the fire was heading. I, being the logical one, knew this would never work, but I didn't have a better a idea so I followed suit. Well, to my surprise, it actually contained the fire long enough for the fire department to show up (someone in the neighborhood saw the smoke and called it in while Damian and Todd were trying to save the world with skateboards). I will never forget me and Todd sitting on the curb watching the firefighters put the field out. No one ever found out it was us. That is the Todd I remember.
