Berlin Joseph Clavier's Obituary
A Mass of Christian Burial for Berlin Joseph Clavier, age 76, will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2013, at 11 AM at St. Thomas More Catholic Church with burial to follow at St. Paul Cemetery. Fr. Cedric Sonnier will officiate. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 1, 2013, from 1 PM until service time on Wednesday(all night) at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. A Rosary will be prayed by Deacon David Guillory at 6 PM.
Berlin is survived by his wife, Nancy B. Clavier of Eunice, LA; three sons, James and wife Ramona Clavier of Eunice, LA, Randy and wife Brenda Clavier of Houston, and Calvin Clavier of Basile, LA; three daughters, Debra C. Ponthier and husband Kenneth of Swords, Connie Clavier of Lafayette, LA, and Kathleen C. Fruge of Basile, LA; three brothers, Felix Clavier, Jr. and wife Mary of Church Point, LA, Kermit Clavier and wife Maxie of Eunice, LA, and Dewey Clavier and wife Evelyn of Eunice, LA; a sister, Thelma and husband William Lavergne of Swords; numerous grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Felix Clavier, Sr. and Theophine Richard Clavier; a brother, Leo Clavier; two sisters, Geneieve Atzenhoffer and Fredia Miller.
