Amelise "Lisa Baby" Trahan LeJeune's Obituary
Amelise “Lisa Baby” Trahan LeJeune passed away on Monday, December 22, 2025 at the age of 84. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at St. Edward Catholic Church with Father Korey Lavergne Celebrant. Interment of her ashes will follow in St. Edward Cemetery.
“Lisa Baby” is survived by one daughter, Becky Trude; three grandchildren, Sarah Clark, Holly Brooks, Sammy Trude, Jr.; bonus grand-son, Noah Walker; four great-grandchildren, Savannah Deshotel, Matthew Deshotel, Avril Craig, Avery Trude and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Herman “Blanc” LeJeune; her parents, Atistille Trahan and Melinda Schexnaider Trahan, four brothers, Webster Joseph "Web" Trahan, Howard Trahan, Edward Trahan, and Lezeay Trahan; and three sisters, Rose Deshotel, Mary Ann Royer, and Mary Jane Stutes.
