Allen Thibodeaux's Obituary
Allen Thibodeaux passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at the age of 92. He now joins his beloved wife, Mary Ann Pousson Thibodeaux, who preceded him in death just weeks earlier on December 29, 2025, reunited once again after a lifetime of love.
Allen proudly served in the United States Army, answering the call to serve his country with dedication and honor.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home in Eunice with Fr. Sam Fontana officiant. Visitation will take place on Thursday, January 15, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. A rosary will be prayed Thursday evening at 6:00 PM by Fr. Sam Fontana.
He is survived by his son, Robert Allen Thibodeaux and his wife Kimberly; his two daughters, Donna Duhon and her husband David and Susan Thibodeaux Bordelon; his brother, Nathan Thibodeaux and his wife Lynn; his sister, Dale Thibodeaux; six grandchildren, Bridgette Miller (late Nicky), David Thibodeaux (Aimee), Brad Thibodeaux (Shelby), Ryan Buxton (Matt), Robyn Buxton (Kavin), and Carmen Reaux (Jonathan); and thirteen great-grandchildren, Hailey Miller, Kylie Miller (Christian), Jadey Miller, Nikki Miller, Brooklyn Thibodeaux, Drayson Thibodeaux, Preslynn Thibodeaux, Alyssa Brown, Karver McDaniel, Evelyn McDaniel, Jonathan Reaux, Walker Reaux, and Jensan Guidry.
Allen was preceded in death by his wife; his daughter, Mary Claire Thibodeaux; his parents, Jean Batiste and Mae Bertrand Thibodeaux; his brother-in-law, Whitney Thibodeaux.
