I ordered the small garden dish, but received a small basket with a Peace Lily instead. It was a lovely arrangement and was well received. I did allow for substitution by the local florist used, so I have no complaints. Recommend leaving that option blank if you don’t want a substitute picked for you.

On the card I wrote 'From Phillip's Family'. The card was changed to 'From the Phillip's Family' Our family name is not Phillip. The plant was nice but looked nothing like the picture I looked at on the site. It was very small for spending over $100. At other times, I have been pleasantly surprised from other florists when I would see what I purchased at the funeral home it was sent to. This time I didn't know what to think.

I ordered this on line through the family’s obituary trusting the process but unable to see the planter that was sent because I’m out of town and couldn’t attend. I was informed throughout the order process and emailed when it was delivered. My sister sent me a photo because she was so impressed how lovely it looked. I’m so happy and the planter looks amazing. Thank you for taking care of this detail and doing such a wonderful job!

If only buying flowers were at the happies, sweetest time of our lives! When it's not, that time is stressful and to have your flowers not arrive or not arrive as expected makes that time just awful. I purchased this as a remembrance for a family member who passed in another state. The family acknowledged receipt of it, but I don't know if it looked like this picture because they thanked us for the "basket." I never received email confirmation of the delivery until the day after the memorial event. I ended up calling the Sympathy Store the morning of the event and they confirmed the florist had made the delivery in advance of the memorial service. So I was pleased with their prompt response to my inquiry.

The picture on this site of these flowers doesn’t tell the whole story. When my friend sent me a photo of the flowers I had to do a double take. Show beautiful red flowers has bloomed making the purchase ten times better and making my friend even happier.

I was unable to attend the funeral of a friend's mother. I browsed online for something to send. I had no idea what I wanted. I'm in Canada and the funeral was in West Virginia. I saw this arrangement and loved it. I'm happy to say my daughter in law and her family were touched and also loved it. Delivery was made before anyone got to the funeral home as promised. I was very pleased with this purchase. I had difficulty finding it amongst the other flowers and plants, because, unlike the picture, it was in a basket, not the cute green ceramic pot which attracted me to this piece. Nonetheless, it was very great. It had a nice variety of plants and a few small sweet flowers!
