Wilda Richard Ardoin passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2016, at the age 84.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Eunice. Fr. Travis Abadie will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Catholic Cemetery in Basile.

Wilda is survived by her son Tim Ardoin and his wife Sandra of Eunice; two granddaughters, Amy Myers and her husband David of Eunice and Amanda McGee and her husband Shaine of Eunice; one grandson, David Ardoin and his wife Shelli of Eunice; seven great grandchildren: Caitlyn Estes and husband Daniel; Noah and Emma Myers, Victoria , Joshua, Kaleb and Matthew McGee.

Wilda was preceded in death by her parents, Avia "Coon" Richard and Adi Manuel Richard and her husband, Lee Ardoin.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Monday, February 15, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. A Rosary will be prayed at 7:30 p.m. by Deacon Jim Cormier. The funeral home will open at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday for visitation until the time of service.
