Dr. Wilbert J. MAUUEL, Col. USAR (Ret), 73, passed away on April 23, 209, in Pascagoula, MS.He was a native of Eunice LA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mildred Ortego Manuel and Malta Manuel; his first wife, Cindy Parrott Manuel. He is survived by his present wife, Pat B Manuel of Pascagouls, MS;three children, Cecily & Tommy OBrien of Pascagoula, MS; Guy & Diedra Manuel of Ocean Springs, MS; Dru & Janet Manuel of Magnolia , Ar; sisters, Linda Vallot and Celia Eaton of Lafayette; brother, Keith Manuel of Houston, TX; former mother-in-law, Edith Parrott of Eunice; sister-in-law, Pam Quirk; brother-in-law, Dickie Parrott. Services for Dr. Manuel will be held on Tuesday at St. Mary CAtholic Church in Gautier ,MS with entombment at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Ocean Springs, MS. Will was a graduate of LSU Medical School in 1962. He completed his residency in Dermatology at the Presido, San Fransisco,CA. He opened his mecical practice in Pascagoula, MS in 1971.
