Vincent Dale Fruge passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2016, at the age of 70.

A Private Memorial Mass will be held on a later date at St. Thomas Chapel in Eunice.

Dale is survived by his wife, Susie Mercer Fruge of Eunice; one daughter, Paige Ashby and husband Neil of Baton Rouge; one son, Jamie Fruge and wife Jackie of Eunice; two sisters, Juanette F. Fuselier of Redell and Wanda F. Duran of Moss Bluff; one brother, Mike Fruge of Moss Bluff; and five grandchildren, William, Parker, and Cooper Ashby of Baton Rouge and Evan and Erin Fruge of Eunice.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Plemson Fruge and Lena Doga Fruge and one brother, Merlin Fruge.

A Memorial Reception honoring Dale Fruge will be held on Sunday, April 24, 2016, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Le Village Guest House (121 Seale Ln, Eunice, LA 70535).
