A funeral service for Vernon Manuel, 83, will be on Monday at 12 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home with burial at St. Paul Cemetery. Fr. Kendal Faulk of St. Anthony's Catholic Church will officiate. Vernon passed away on Friday, July 2, 2010. He is survived vy his wife, Lurline Comeaux manuel of Eunice; a step-son, Mike Borlotti; two sisters, Mary Ann Bingham & her husband Chuck of Fort Worth, TX and Florence Jeanise & her husband Shelby of Thibodeaux; a brother-in-law, Shelton Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward & Lena Fontenot Manuel; a sister, Carena Johnson.
