Verline Dupuis Chapman passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at the age of 81. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Fr. Hampton Davis Celebrant. Burial will follow in Platin Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held from 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 until time of Services on Thursday, with the funeral home remaining open all night. There will be a Rosary at 6:00 PM on Wednesday by Deacon Gary Gaudin. Verline is survived by four sons, Ricky Chapman (Marcia), Rodrick "RaRa" Chapman (Tammy), Kevin Chapman (Melissa), Brian Chapman (Sabrina); one daughter, Cheryl Rollins (Terrell "T-Boy"); one sister, Emma Lou Robinson; thirteen grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Chapman; her parents, Hector and Irene Granger Dupuis; one sister, Verna Mae Spell.
