Travis Lynn Leger passed away on Monday April 29, 2013 at the age of 36. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday May 1, 2013 at 2 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home in Eunice. Deacon Gary Gaudin will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice. Travis is survived by his adopted mother, Vickie Leger; his companion, Dora Nelson of Eunice; step daughters, Haily Fontenot, Tammy Fontenot, and Baily Griggs; step son, William Nelson; one sister, Tiffany Johnson of Basile; two brothers, Daniel Leger and Jesse Leger, both of Eunice. He is preceded in death by his parents, James W. and Agatha Boulet Leger; his adoptive father, Joseph Leger; his grandparents, Joseph Willie and Audrey Benoit Leger; his brother, Taunice Leger. At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Tuesday April 30, 2013 at 10 AM to 10 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. A Rosary will be prayed by Deacon Gary Gaudin at 6 PM that evening. The funeral home will reopen at 8 AM Wednesday for visitation until time of service. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
