Steven Joseph Gil passed away on Wednesday April 10, 2013 at the age of 53. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday April 13, 2013 at 12 PM at St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Thomas More Cemetery. Steven is survived by his mother, Betty D. Gil of Eunice; and one brother, Bernard Gil of Tucson, AZ. He is preceded in death by his father, Harvey Gil; and one sister, Elizabeth Gil. At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Saturday April 13, 2013 at 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. A Rosary will be prayed at 11:15 AM at St. Thomas More Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you please donate to charity of your choice. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
