He is survived by his wife; Nell P. Fontenot, Eunice, LA.

Father: Cliford Fontenot, Eunice, LA.

One Daughter: Karen Fontenot Widman & Michael, Springfield, MO.

Three Sons: Travis Fontenot, Springfield, MO. Cody Fontenot, Eunice, LA. Casey Fontenot, Eunice, LA.

Two Sisters: Stephanie Fontenot Schieble & Tom, Red Wing, MN. Sandra Fontenot Fruge, Eunice, LA.

One Grandson: Alex Widman He is preceded in death by his: Mother: Mildred Richard Fontenot. Brother: Steven Fontenot

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home in Eunice with a rosary @ 5:30 prayed by Deacon David Guillory. The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 AM on Thursday for a visitation until the service. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Eunice at 1:00 PM, Thursday, November 10, 2011. Entombment to follow at St. Augustine Mausoleum, Basile, LA.
