Scott Anthony Richard passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2013, at the age of 52.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice, LA.

Scott is survived by his life long friend, Shelly Zelman; his daughter, Kelli Richard of Baton Rouge, LA; one step-son, Tommy Briscoe of Eunice, LA; two sisters, Marsha Hebert and Linda Shaw both of Eunice, LA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Wilda Landry Richard; a brother, John Kent Richard.

At the request of the family, a visitation will be held on Monday, October 21, 2013, from 1 PM to 10 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. The funeral home will reopen on Tuesday, October 22, 2013, at 8 AM until time of service.

A rosary will be prayed on Monday evening by Deacon Gary Gaudin. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2013, Deacon Gary Gaudin will preside.
