Sandra Carriere Ardoin passed away on Friday, March 11, 2016, at the age of 59.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at 2:00 PM at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Father Travis Abadie will officiate. Burial will follow at Ashford Cemetery in Basile.

She is survived by her husband, Timothy Ardoin of Eunice; one son, David Ardoin and wife Shelli of Eunice; two daughters, Amy A. Myers and husband David of Eunice and Amanda A. McGee and husband Shaine of Eunice; two brothers, Nelson Carriere of Durald and Gary Carriere of Eunice; two sisters, Rose Benoit of Eunice and Susie Fontenot of Basile; seven grandchildren, Caitlyn Estes and husband Daniel, Noah and Emma Myers, Victoria, Joshua, Kaleb, and Matthew McGee.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Berlin P. Carriere and Ruby Guilbeaux Carriere; one brother, Dale Carriere.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Monday, March 14, 2016, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home in Eunice. Deacon Jim Cormier will pray a rosary at 6:00 PM. The funeral home will reopen on Tuesday at 8:00 AM for visitation until the time of service.
