I was Dr. Stagg's transcriptionist in Eunice and he was the best guy in the world to work for. I am not from Eunice, so when I acted in a play in the theatre, and his granddaughter was also in that play, I thought I had no one in the audience who knew me except Dr. Stagg and his wife. I did a play before and everybody got flowers but me when they did the stage call. I was flabbergasted this time to get the most beautiful bouquet and it was Dr. Stagg who had it given to me. I was so happy. He was kind and he was fun. He invited me to a party at his house right after he hired me before I had even worked a day for him. I felt like he really cared about the people who worked for him and that job was one of the ones I loved the best I ever had, and I loved his family as well.
