Russell is survived by three sons, Russell Armond, Jr., Aubrey Armond, Kelly Weekley (Stephani); two daughters, Sylvia Seraile (Tommy), Sierra Fontenot; one brother, Billy Armond and fifteen grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Armond, Sr.; his mother, Audrey Scadlock Dinger; two brothers, Gus Armond, Edward Armond, Jr.; four sisters, Darlene Comeaux, Sylvia Armond, Vicki Soileau and Audrey Armond.
