Roy Thomas passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at the age of 74. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 22, 2019 at 6:00 PM at Greater True Light Baptist Church in Eunice with Reverend Jermaine Tezeno officiating. At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Monday, July 22, 2019 from 4:00 PM until time of Services at Greater True Light Baptist Church in Eunice. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 8:00 AM until time of burial at 9:00 AM at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Eunice. Roy is survived by three brothers, Jerry Thomas and wife Mathilda, Elridge Robinson and wife Mary, Allen Ivory and wife Patsy; one sister, Delores Johnson; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Lamont Thomas; his mother, Alice Gallow; one brother, Kenneth Robinson, Sr. ; two sisters, Lois Wilson Bracks, Lucille Thomas Hebert.
