Roy Joseph Clavier passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2015, at the age of 76. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, January 11, 2015, at 1:00 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. Reverend Ron LaCombe will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice.

Roy is survived by his wife, Gerdie Menard Clavier of Eunice; three sons, Ronnie Clavier and wife Kimberly of Eunice, Glenn Clavier and wife Paula of Eunice, and Ted Clavier of Eunice; three brothers, Henry Clavier of Eunice, Nelson Clavier of Church Point, and Lester Clavier of Church Point; two sisters, Gloria Carrier of Church Point and Betty Gaultier. And husband Richard of Church Point; three grandchildren, Coby and wife TJ Clavier, Jami Heard and husband Cody, and Brett and wife Emily Clavier; and four great grandchildren, Zachary Clavier, Maci Clavier, Cade Clavier, and Madelyn Heard.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents, Hilton Clavier and Rena Cormier Clavier and one brother, Clyde Clavier.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2015, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. A Rosary will be prayed on Saturday at 6 p.m. The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 AM Sunday for visitation until time of service.
