Rosemary Welch LaFleur passed away on Friday, July 4, 2025 at the age of 80. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 11, 2025 at St. Anthony's with Father Hampton Davis Celebrant. Entombment will follow in St. Paul Mausoleum. At the request of family, visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, July 10, 2025 with a Rosary at 6:00 PM by Deacon Gary Gaudin. Visitation will resume at 8:00 AM on Friday until time of departure for Services. Rosemary is survived by three daughters-in-law, Celeste DeJean, Sarah LaFleur, Becky Brown; ten grandchildren, Alyssa, Jeanne Marie, Murphy Lafleur III, Lillian, Kyle, Victoria, Alexis, Bobby, Lexie, Rodney; six great-grandchildren, Mallory, Aiden, Karson, Jameson, Murphy IV and Wrenley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Murphy "Slug" LaFleur, Sr.; two sons, Gregory LaFleur and Murphy "Spike" Lafleur, Jr; her parents, Calvin and Jean Shaw Welch; two brothers, Mike Welch and David Welch; one sister, Carol Welch.
