Rose Courville Gaspard passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at the age of 84.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 14 2018, at 10:00 AM. at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice. Burial will follow at St. Paul Cemetery. Deacon David Guillory will officiate.

At the request of the family visitation will begin on Friday July 13, 2018 at 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM at Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice and will reopen on Saturday at 8:00 AM until time of services. A rosary will be prayed on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 6:00PM by Deacon David Guillory.

Rose is survived by two sons; Joe Gaspard and Sarah of New Iberia, Elroy Sittig and Dianne of Fenton, La., one daughter, Bernadette Gaspard of Eunice, one brother, Henry Courville of Eunice, two sisters; Dora Picard of Eunice and Jane Rogers of Dequincy; eighteen grandchildren; thirty four great grandchildren; seventeen great great grandchildren.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Oremelle Courville and Olean Perrotti Courville, her husband, Alton Gaspard, one son, Frank Gaspard, one brother, Joseph M. Courville, two sisters; Antoinette LaFleur and Victoria Prather.

In lieu flowers donations may be made to the family for funeral expenses.

Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice is in charge of the arrangements.
