Romona Stout Stein passed away on Friday, December 27, 2024 at the age of 78. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall in Eunice. There will be a potluck meal, with the immediate family and church supplying the main meat dishes, water, paper goods and a few desserts. Please bring a dish to share with others. We have all felt sadness and grief for Romona's passing, but now it is time for us to celebrate the remarkable life she lived! Romona is survived by her son, David Stein (Erin); two daughters, Jodi Brown, Jill Frey (Troy); one brother, Gary Stout (Isle); one sister, Lora Fontenot (Harold); brother-in-law, Charlie Miller; sister-in-law, Peggy Stout; six grandchildren, Marshall, Zachary, Kaitlyn, Tyler, Kristina, Aimee`; six great-grandchildren, Charlotte, Julia, Rowan, Caroline, Conrad and Genevieve. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clint and Mary Quirk Stout; two brothers, Tommy Stout, Larry Stout; two sisters, Gwen Stout, Marie Miller and sister-in-law, Janice Stout.
