Rogers Daigle passed away on Thursday, January 3, 2019, at the age of 74. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at 10:00 AM at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Fr. Clinton Sensat will officiate. At the request of the family visitation will begin on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 1:00 PM until 10:00 PM at Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice and will reopen on Tuesday at 8:00 AM until time of services. Rogers is survived by two sons; Shannon Daigle, Calvin Weatherford; four sisters; Judy Huval, Roberta Fontenot, Betty Purcell; two boys that he raised as his own; Corey Gary and Robert Foret (deceased), five grandchildren; Kendall, Garrette, Hannah, Callie, Emma and his life long companion, his dog "Doobie". Rogers was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Daigle and Ura Bergeron Touchette, one daughter, Rita Daigle Losee, two brothers; Teddy Daigle and Nickie Daigle; sister, Nelma Robinson. Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice is in charge of the arrangements.
