Roger is survived by two daughters, Rylie James, Cali Miniard; two brothers, Rutherford Miniard, Lannie Miniard; three sisters, Priscilla Adams, Dwyna Dean, Deliah Clay.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Alma Fugate Miniard.
