Roger Gale Miniard passed away on Monday, November 25, 2019 at the age of 70. No Services have been planned at this time. Roger is survived by two daughters, Rylie James, Cali Miniard; two brothers, Rutherford Miniard, Lannie Miniard; three sisters, Priscilla Adams, Dwyna Dean, Deliah Clay. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Alma Fugate Miniard.
